Biography:
Joseph Mueller brings 50 years of complex litigation and trial experience in medical malpractice, product liability, auto, and tort litigation. He complements the firm’s practice of representing victims of serious personal injury, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical, auto, product, work-injury, and premises neglect.
Mr. Mueller serves as a licensed and court-approved mediator and arbitrator. He performs as an expert witness in cases involving legal malpractice and insurance coverages, among other areas.
Mr. Mueller is a distinguished fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a diplomat of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and a founding member of the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers. He is formerly a senior partner at Moser and Marsalek, PC, where he practiced from 1959 - 2005. |
