Frank & Mueller represented the wife and son of a truck driver who died when his semi-truck overturned on a highway. The family was turned down by other law firms. When the family retained Frank & Mueller, an extensive accident reconstruction investigation was performed. We argued that the defendant improperly loaded the truck which resulted in a A Load Shift and cause the truck to overturn.

The defendant refused to pay. The defendant had witnesses who testified that the defendant was speeding through a dangerous curve on the highway. Frank & Mueller tried the case for four days after which the defendant agreed to pay $800,000.
